Came home to a broken garage door spring on a Friday afternoon. I contacted him and sent pics of door and spring. He was at the house mid afternoon, replaced the broken spring, serviced the garage door and had it back working as it should and 10x quieter then before. Our spring broke on our garage door and I could not open it. I called JB and he was out the next morning and replaced both springs and adjusted and balanced the whole system. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient as he completely explained every step he took and why it needed to be done.
